ABOUT DELECTUS

A recruiting firm built on character, capability and responsibility.

For more than 10 years, we’ve helped employers find people who are hard to find and worth the wait. Every search gets a clear plan, steady communication and a team that follows through.

Who we are

Focused on the industries we know

Delectus is a recruiting firm headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina, working with employers across the country. We recruit for environmental, energy, utilities, construction, rail, engineering, manufacturing and skilled-trades companies, plus the professional teams that support them.

Our clients come to us when a role is senior, technical, remote, or has been open too long. We learn the job and the team first, then go find the people who fit both.

Proven Methodology. Profound Impact. Sustainable Results.
